Check-in
Check-in time is from 15h00
Our apartments have a self check-in system, the keys to the apartment can be found in the
locked key safe. You will get the code for the safe one day before your arrival day and after
accommodation is confirmed.
Early check-in is subject to availability and can be subject to an extra charge.
Please be sure to complete our online check-in form (mandatory), and send us your arrival time
no later than one day before your arrival, so that we can organize your check-in.
As most of our apartments have a self check-in option, after online check-in form is submitted
we will send you the necessary instructions and codes after cleaning so that you can check-in as soon as possible!
If you arrive late, you can hand over your accommodation easily and flexibly with the instructions
we provide.
As these apartments are located in a residential non commercial building, we do not provide onsite reception or staff , but we are available by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail if you experience any difficulties during check-in!
How self check-in works?
Please note, you will get the code for the safe only if you made the ONLINE CHECK-IN.
You will find a small black key safe box at the entrance of the flat. With this device self check-in is
possible. At check out you can leave the key in this box using the same code.
Using this equipment check in and check out process is faster, safer and comfortable for you.
You can also use the safe to store the key at day time when you are visiting the city.
IMPORTANT –> after closing the safe please scroll the numbers for security reason to “0000”)
How to open the key safe?

I can't find the apartment / the code for the key safe is not working.
Please make sure to read the check-in instructions with the address that we send one day before
arrival.
The easiest way to get to know our apartments is from the key safe installed next to the
apartment and the “HIDDEN GEM LISBON” logo on the door.
If the key lock does not work with the sent code, try moving the numbers down or up together,
the numbers must be in the middle to unlock the key safe. If you are definitely in the right place
and despite all attempts, the safe does not open with the given code, we are available by phone
or WhatsApp!
Online check-in is required
Providing guest data online is a legal regulations requirement to stay in any accommodation
within Portugal and is mandatory.
We will send you the link and the code for online registration in the “reservation confirmation”
message.

Respect our neighbors
Our neighborhood is important to us, all our apartments are located in non-commercial private
building and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and avoid making
loud noise between 9 PM and 8 AM.
Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments.
At the moment of the reservation you accept our house rules.
Do you have request with the bedding?
If you have request with the bedding (ex. Baby crib, extra linen for the sofa bed, etc.) we can
organize it for you, but please make the request minimum 48 hours before your arrival.
Services
We provide sheets and a set of towels for our guests and if you stay for over a week, we can
provide a weekly cleaning from 15 € extra/cleaning.
We don’t provide daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require extra
towels please send us a request, you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of 5 € /towel.
Check-in
Check-out is until 11h00
Please put the key back in the key safe.
Late check-out can be arranged, depending on our available capacity, Just possible if you
request it no later than 24 hours before check-out and you get a confirmation from our team.
If you do not leave the accommodation at the agreed time, a late check-out fee can be charged.
